We had a wonderful stay in a room with a bath. the contemporary decor added a nice touch, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. the hotel's central location is fantastic, situated right next door to the Beachwalk shopping mall and several great restaurants. it's a lovely area to explore!

Really great experience there. Clean place with pool views and great staff. Marvellous breakfast with APPETISING products. Kindness of the staff.

Great breakfast, a huge variety of meals. Awesome and brilliant location to the airport at 5 am in the morning, easy to get anywhere. Nice service with private parking available on site. Kindness from the whole staff...

a 10-minute walk took us to waterbom bali, which was a bonus. we really enjoyed the location and the food and acceptable prices.

The food at the restaurant was tasty! the service was outstanding, although there were a few staff members who weren't very helpful. 😊.

I liked hanging out in the bar and watching football. The staff was so friendly and always willing to accomadate to me. I will certainly recommend and will stay there again ! it was closely located to the beach and walking to many other places.

Good convenient location to central Kuta. OK as a budget hotel.

Food was overpriced; we did not eat there except for the included breakfast. The sewerage lines did not seem to be setup properly as we had a constant bad smell in the bathroom and needed to use the exhaust fan to control it.

This hotel offers a fantastic location and incredibly comfortable beds, with friendly staff and beautifully modern rooms that really enhance the stay.

I had rung the hotel to request that the two rooms we booked would be next to each other, because we were travelling with two 15 year old girls. On arrival, we were told the rooms would be on different floors and there was nothing else available. It wasn't until I insisted that a room was made available across the hall. There was no information at all in the rooms about facilities available. We were told that if we wanted room service we had to order with the restaurant downstairs, but no menus were int he rooms. It was very noisy on the fiday night - from the music within the hotel. I think this hotel is better suited to young people rather than a family.

The staffs were friendly, bed was awesome...very comfy. Hotel is located stratigically in kuta. Easy access to shopping, beach is juz 5mins away!!

Breakfast spread could be better with more varieties. Hotel room necesities like shower cap, hair dryer, etc wasn't provided in the room. Had to keep calling housekeeping for those. At an event, we wanted fresh towels after 2days of using old ones....was told that there was shortage of towel! Had to wait till late evening for the towels.

This hotel has spacious, modern rooms with a comfortable layout, a lovely pool, attentive staff, and a great location that's just a short walk from the beach.

Friendly staff, close to the beach, close to night party scenes, close to shopping.

Housekeeping did not shut our room door after cleaning it twice. We came back to our room to find our door not closed and it was scary as anyone could just enter and take our stuff. Toilet can be improved.
